1. About us
These terms and conditions govern the supply of services by MDM Vehicle Deliveries Limited ("MDM", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 10633633), registered office Unit 4-5 Greenfields Business Park, Wheatfield Way, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 1BB. By requesting a quote or booking a movement, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide vehicle collection and delivery (driven and transported), condition reporting, preparation and PDI, refurbishment, electric vehicle movement and secure storage, across mainland UK. The specific service is as set out in your quote and booking confirmation.
3. Quotes & bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide (collection and delivery postcodes, dates, vehicle details and number of vehicles) and are valid for the period stated. A booking is confirmed when we accept your instruction. We reserve the right to adjust a quote where the information provided proves inaccurate or incomplete.
4. Your responsibilities
- To be legally driven, a vehicle must be roadworthy and hold a current MOT, with valid tax and the correct documentation available.
- You must disclose at the time of booking if a vehicle is a non-runner or requires a winch or skid plates.
- You must provide accurate collection and delivery details and ensure someone is available to release and receive the vehicle.
- Personal belongings should be removed before collection; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
5. Condition reports
Every movement includes an electronic condition report with photographs captured at collection and delivery. The condition report forms the agreed record of the vehicle's condition at each stage of the movement.
6. Insurance & liability
Vehicles are covered in transit in line with our motor trade and goods-in-transit insurance. Full details of cover, excesses and any limits of liability are available on request and should be confirmed in your booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Payment
Payment terms are as set out in your quote or trade-account agreement. Trade accounts are subject to our credit terms; one-off movements are typically payable on or before delivery.
8. Cancellations & changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact our office as soon as possible. Charges may apply to cancellations made after a driver has been allocated or dispatched.
9. Storage
Where we store vehicles on your behalf, storage is provided at our secure Leicestershire site subject to the rates and terms agreed at booking. Long-term storage is available on request.
10. Complaints

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
